In order to reply to Your requests, together with Your Company's complete references, we need:
- the full scale value of what You need to measure, with its measurement unit (i.e.: ±200Kg, 1200mm, 20Kgm, 10bar, ±14,5°, etc.);
- the use direction of the transducer (i.e.: load cell used in tension, compression or tension and compression, etc.)
- if it is needed on the transducer an integrated electronics, indicating the desired signal type (es.: 0-10V, 0-5V, 4-20mA, 0-20mA, RS485, etc.);
- if the electrical connection has to be performed by using cable or connector or if are required special electrical connections (standard cable output has 2 meters lenght);
- if Your application has particular environment conditions, as working temperature, electrical noise, moisture, dirt, etc.;
- the required electronics calibration ( i.e.: +5V=+100Kg tension, or 4mA +100Kg tension and 20mA=-100Kg compression, etc .);
- the required number of pieces.
In case that several of our products could meet Your requirements we will provide to offer them in alternative.
We are also in position to suggest You the instrumentation needed to diplay, to digitalize or to amplify the signals coming from our transducers.
